I would love to have my own facility where we can train athletes and cater a training/recovery plan tailored to their needs.All sports, all ages, starting at 10 years old, I want to tailor each workout to the specific need of their sport/season. We do not want to step on the coaches toes, so this is a collaborative approach and we will not be closed off to suggestions.
