I'm raising money to put a sports cards event / show for retired, disabled, and PTSD veterans. Funds will go to renting the venue location, advertising, and providing food and beverage. For the last 3 years, I have been to quite a few card shows and noticed not one was doing anything for veterans. What I have experienced personally and in talking with several veterans, is that sports cards is a great distraction and an enjoyable hobby for PTSD, diabled,and retired Vets.
