One of the three people I am vowing to help is a dear friend, a previous dog rescuer for over two decades. She lost everything in the pandemic when her landlord of fifteen years, and his greedy realtor, sold the property she built the rescue on and she lived. She became homeless and the stress has almost killed her! She continues to battle depression and trauma. Recently after taking her car into Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change, the engine seizing two days later. The car is not old, 2017 but it now needs a new engine. She has no transportation for important medical appointments, etc. which are essential to put her life back together. I want to raise the funds to get her car fixed and give her back some confidence and independence back. This woman has worked so hard for so long dedicated to saving lives of unwanted animals, she deserves our help!
