I am raising funds for a father who actually wants to see and be in his children's lives. This father was initially and unprofessionally deceived by his initial divorce attorney and now has to go back to court to get some modifications to the agreement. This father not only pays almost 2k a month in child support, on top of that, is spending almost 500 a month in order to just see his children. The BM will not be flexible and meet so the father drives over an hour and half 3-4 times a week to spend time with his children. I am raising funds for him to retain another attorney and the retainer fee is 6k. Anything received over 6k will be used towards any remaining legal fees and if all legal fees are paid, the proceeds left over will be donated to Mission 22.
