Give a Single Mom Hope: Aid to a Single Mom Displaced by War

Hi, I am Amanda. My 2 young children and I have recently fled our home because of the harsh impacts of war and the unrest in our home life. I am now a single mom looking to provide a safer and brighter future for my youngest children. Over the past years, their father has controlled every part of our life & even now refuses to let me return to our home country (the United States) to live with our children. We are trying to start over and your support can be the beacon of hope we need to rebuild our lives, offer them stability, education and a chance to heal from the past traumas. The kids are finally starting school after being home since June & I am interviewing for jobs & trying to get an online consulting business. It isn’t easy and some days are heartbreaking but the kids are safe.

Any contributions to our efforts to resettle will go to renting a home, bills, clothes & shoes for the kids (we came with one bag), dentists, medical specialist for son's undiagnosed dysgraphia and school fees.
