Dear Potential Donor,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am reaching out to you on behalf of Governor State University's chapter of Global Public Health Brigades, a student-led organization dedicated to improving health conditions in developing countries through evidence-based projects and community engagement.
At Governor State University, we are passionate about making a meaningful impact on global health disparities, and we are excited to announce our upcoming study abroad trip with Global Health Brigades on June 2-12th 2024. As a chapter of Global Public Health Brigades, we work alongside local community members to implement sustainable projects that address critical health needs and promote long-term community development.
Our mission is to inspire, mobilize, and collaborate with communities to achieve their own health and economic goals. Through our holistic approach, we focus on empowering communities to take ownership of their health and well-being while creating replicable systems that maximize impact and promote sustainability.
The Ghanaian community has been selected as our partner country, and our projects in Ghana encompass healthcare, economic development, and clean water initiatives. Specifically, we collaborate with local government agencies, private organizations, and community leaders to provide mobile medical clinics, support local businesses, and improve access to sanitation facilities such as pour-flush toilets and hand-washing stations.
In order to successfully carry out our projects and fulfill our mission, we rely on the generous support of donors like you.
