Rolston's journey into the world of home and personal services began as an independent service provider for Papa Pal and that shaped his perspective and expertise. Working with hundreds of clients from various backgrounds and regions, Rolston developed a deep understanding of their unique needs and preferences, laying the foundation for Grandson Service.
Rolston developed his business after Papa Pal faced unforeseen challenges affecting its contracts. The disruption to Rolston's work had a ripple effect on clients from health insurance partners who could no longer afford such services outside of the insurance company's framework. Motivated by the desire to address these challenges and provide accessible assistance to those in need, Rolston founded Grandson Service with a clear mission: to offer comprehensive, personalized services to individuals and families in the aftermath of such upheaval. Rolston's ultimate goal is to create a seamless and convenient experience for clients, offering a comprehensive solution to their home and personal needs under one roof.
We are seeking funding to assist us in hiring and reaching up to 35 clients per professional. With this funding, we will be able to cover the costs of hiring a lead professional, marketing efforts, and initial client acquisition of 35 clients for that professional. Our services are free or reduced for seniors who require assistance and funding will also help us maintain these operations.
