My goal is to teach people not just what to eat but why to eat certain things, also to provide those items by working with local farmers and producers to source local products that haven’t been tainted by chemicals while also importing items that can’t be sourced locally. There is so much that people don’t know about the food we consume , like how your body will actually attack certain foods that are bad for your body, it coagulates (throws a sticky substance at it so that your white blood cells can effectively attack it) there is so much more but it can be confusing to try to sift through all the data and contradictory ideas the one thing we universally agree on is that if we can limit the amount of chemicals our food is exposed to, make sure that your soil has full nutritional content (to supply the plant) and allow the plant to reach full maturity than the fruit of that harvest will be more effective at sustaining the body.

One of my dreams is to create an environmentally controlled complex outside of every city with over 1,000,000 people. This complex would supply fresh produce to the residents of that city while omitting things like wheat and other widely accessible space taking items. It doesn't have to be too close because a Hyperloop system can bring employees to a far-off location without them having to travel for hours. There's potential for these locations to become transit hubs as well. I have quite a few ideas that I think will help people in general.

I plan to start by leveraging my connections in Alaska. I have many family and friends who own boats and have individual fishing quotas that allow them to catch and sell fish commercially. After we procure the seafood then take it from the docks to our processor, which will then vacuum-pack and label items like salmon, Pacific cod, halibut, and king crab. The facilities we use are all HACCP and FDA compliant and certified. From the facility, the product is flown from Anchorage, AK, to Seattle, where it will be put on a truck and hauled to Mobile, AL. In Mobile, we will outsource to a cold storage facility that will house our products until they are ready to be dropped off at the customer's location. Currently, we can process 5000 pounds a day, and we can ship 10,000 pounds a day by plane from Anchorage to Seattle. From Seattle, we can ship 40,000 pounds by truck to Mobile, which takes five to seven days. We have two shipping options: five pallets, equaling about 9000 pounds, or a full truck, equaling 40 to 42,000 pounds, with 42,000 pounds being the maximum. Our customer base will be restaurants and individual connoisseurs. Once we have enough capital, we plan on opening a seafood store in the heart of downtown Mobile.

With $500,000, we would procure refrigerated box trucks and vans, lease for the storefront, CRM, inventory, HR software, accountants, lawyers, employees for the storefront, salesmen, marketers seeking new clients, employees for dropping off the products to our subscribers, and refrigerated vehicles. Renovations for the storefront, freezers, POS systems, and decor would also be covered. Mobile, AL, has over 400,000 people, and with Baldwin County, its prestigious neighbor has over 200,000 residents, we plan to make an association deal with my base guide. This will give us the title of a military trusted vendor and give direct advertising access to 1.3 million active duty military personnel across four bases in North Carolina, Florida, and Mississippi. Our future expansion plan is to collaborate with local farmers and ranchers, providing a organic subscription program for a full nutrient diet. This would include a chef making breakfast and dinner posted in an online portal, using the products included with our subscription to teach our customers how to cook. After that, we plan to create hubs near every base in the United States so that service members can keep their subscription as they transfer bases. The stable income provided by having military customers will provide stable income to expand from the base hubs to supply the surrounding populations. Currently, we're seeking to sign a couple of large contracts with seafood distributors either here in the United States or by using the US Department of Commerce to find markets overseas as the initial source of revenue to launch our domestic venture.
