I cannot pay my bills I will have to declare bankruptcy

I suffered from viral pneumonia in 2020 that left me in a coma for a month and a half. When I woke up I had to learn to walk, learn to eat and go to the bathroom, like a little child. My kidneys and lungs collapsed, I had to breathe with an oxygen cylinder for a month while I could breathe on my own, and I had dialysis for a month every day until my kidneys recovered. I didn't look good after this. I have trouble walking and I can't bend down without my breathing stopping. I can't get a normal job for this reason and that's why I opened my on demand store on Etsy, but it's been difficult for me to get started and that's why I'm asking for help.
