I'm currently living in a homeless shelter. I have many documented health conditions that make holding down a traditional 9-5 next to impossible. I'm in the long process of getting on disability, but the one part-time job I can do is Uber deliveries. I can choose my hours, work when I can, and I don't lose my job when my disabilities get in the way.
But I lost my car when it broke down beyond repair and was then broken into and destroyed. I'm part of the way to getting supportive housing, and with a replacement car, I can realize my dream of living independently!
I don't have much proof of what's going wrong in my life without posting deeply personal medical paperwork. But here are a couple of my paintings, to show that I have a life and value outside of begging for help.
