We believe that education, advocacy and community are the key components needed for better disease management, improved patient outcomes, and ultimately healthier and more productive lives for people living with migraine disease.

RetreatMigraine is a 3-day conference designed by and for people living with migraine. Its purpose? To provide education on the latest disease and treatment updates, train individuals on how to advocate for their health and wellness and to provide a space for building a support network.

Attendees walk into the event as strangers in search of information and connection - and leave with a migraine family.

"This event changed my life! I understand so much more about the disease and the amazing community who also live with chronic migraine." - 2022 RetreatMigraine Attendee

Now in its 5th year, RetreatMigraine has become a lifeline for so many individuals, and families, living with migraine disease.

This year, RetreatMigarine will take place May 5-7, 2023 in Minneapolis, MN. With your support, we hope is to raise $5,000 in scholarship funding to help people living with migraine gain access to the tools they need for a better tomorrow.
