Back in September of 2023 I got wind that a friend of a friend was losing her home cause she could no longer afford the parks lot fees cause of her inheritance ending. She owns the home outright but unfortunately the biggest asset of her life is sitting on someone elses land. Ive learned so many Seniors lose their paid off mobile homes every year at the hand of these park owners. She has the right to haul out her home from park but the cost of doing that is $30k+. No one does that. So I decided to pay up all her past due lot fees for her, put her up in an extended stay hotel, update and repair home and sell it ASAP. At least this way she wont lose her equity and will have time to secure assisted senior housing. What I didnt know was the extent of damage done to home from flooding it  multiple times. So here I am replacing entire sub floor amongst a ton of other stuff that needed to be done in order for home to be up to code and sold. 6 months later and 3 more months of paying lot fees and hotel costs I am at the very end of this remodel, and currently owing for another 3 months past due lot fees in which i can no longer afford to keep paying, ive put everything in this project. The park is once again ready to take this property and send us packing. It needs to be completed and sold ASAP. Selling 'AS IS' is not really popular among the 55 and older group as this Parks minimum age is. They want a turn key ready to go home. Please help me to save this Disabled Elderly Homeowner from losing everything as well as my time and money ive spent to date. Thank you for your time and consideration.
