Single mom in need

I had my 5th back surgery in May of 2023 after having prior ones in april of 2022 and sept 2022.in April 2023 she had a shunt revision then I had corrective surgery in May where they fused 3 levels in my lower back. Subsequently in June of 2023 my daughter was hospitalized for 3 weeks having 3 brain surgeries and exploratory abdominal surgery. I was only 10 days post op myself and had 40 staples in my back at the time of her admission but you don’t leave your baby so I recovered in the hospital while taking care of her she is autistic and wanted momma which was perfectly ok but I def prolonged my recovery since I didn’t have the ability to do as I needed as she needed care and that is ok but I have fallen behind in everything trying to juggle it all and not being released to work. She was born with hydrocephalus having her first at just 6days old, she just turned 16 Feb 2024, and had multiple surgeries between birth and June of last year. Dad is not in pic as of Jan 2017 and I receive no financial support from him. I have been doing ok maintaining the bare minimum but after enduring 3 back surgeries in a year and one month I have fallen further behind due to not being able to work. Between my daughter and I we have multiple appts and now my car is in need of desperate repairs and bills are behind as I cannot keep up I am just looking for some help to get caught up and the repairs to my car as it is essential for transportation. I cannot thank anyone enough that helps and or even just takes the time to read this; even positive thoughts and prayers do so very much! This is not easy for me to do as I have always found a way to handle everything. Again thank you all so very much for your time and any support!
