Sinking in debt, can’t pay living expenses

I am in a situation and I have no one to turn to for financial help. For several years I was self employed and doing good, things were going pretty okay for the most part with my Virtual Assistant job. Then I got pregnant and I started having a low on my jobs due the pandemic in 2021, ended up having a really expensive childbirth in 2022 for my baby. Luckily my husband got a job as Custodian an we are being able to pay the rent and have some food, while I have been taking care of my 1 year old now and my health since I have some ongoing health issues after all. Unfortunately I am not being able to find anything to keep going with my small business while being a mom and have a bill now of 40k on our hospital/credit cards, trying to keep going but no hopes on getting it pay off on our own, we would like to ask your help while we manage to pay most of our monthly bills and keep trying to affording life with our little one.

I do want to note that once I get back on my feet again and have anything extra, I promise to come back here and pay it forward to anyone I can help on this beautiful community. I am a believer in paying it forward and I would love to be able to do so someday!
