1. Shah Rukh Khan

Shah Rukh Khan, one of Bollywood’s most popular actors, founded the Meer Foundation in 2013. The foundation aims to empower and support women, especially those who are victims of acid attacks. During the Kerala floods in 2018, Khan donated approximately $25,000 to aid in the relief efforts. Additionally, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Meer Foundation donated 2,000 PPE kits to frontline workers.
