Undiagnosed/Medical Condition

Hi everyone, my name is Lativa (Luh-tea-vuh) I am 32 years young been in perfect health my whole life up until the past 3 years. It started after covid, I started having a LAUNDRY List of serious and bizarze health issues. Things like Heart palpitations, Heart flutters, random racing heart and arrhythmias, it was to the point i could not even lay on my left or right side if i moved a certain way id get them, scary stuff! I was having weird sensations in my chest, my lungs, and what id call episodes where my body just felt like it wasnt processing something right or shutting down. I was getting the worst anxiety attacks and depression ever! Fatigue felt like death! I would get sleep apnea, insomnia and sleep anxiety, it was very scary, i couldn't sleep, i was also getting jolts out of my sleep. Terrible GI and stomach issues, developed SERIOUS food sensitivities, i'm on a STRICT carnivore diet because it's the ONLY my body can currently handle, low blood sugar, numbing/tingling in hands feet, etc. This has ruined my work life, my life in general, i've officially had to shut down my business twice as I was just getting it off the ground, I cant work right now, Its ruining my quality of life, my relationships, my romantic life and so much more. I feel stuck, scared and hopeless at times. I am exhausted by the journey and my normal weeks are filled with multiple visits to the ER Hospital, Dr's appointments, testings and waiting to hear from lab results. I need help, i can't afford these dr appointments anymore and i just feel so desperate, i don't wish this on ANYBODY. Im suffering everyday with no help, no relief and no answers..... I just want my life and health back. I'd be happy to post all of the reports, testing over the past almost three years, I have 2 big folders full from all my drs appointments with my name, date, etc. to prove my story but the "Upload photos" does nothing when i try to upload.
