Advantage Sports Consulting’s model is centered around pairing athletes with a consultant from their sport who has played at an exceptionally high level. This allows the families to have a mentor to discuss any situations that may arise during their sports journey as well as have access to Advantage’s extensive and tested network of connections.

The consultants under the Advantage umbrella provide services including development planning, baseline testing, sport-specific coaching and program recommendations, strength and conditioning coaching recommendations, nutrition sessions, video coaching, academic advising, social media awareness and professionalism training, highlight reel creation, and advising.

For services beyond what Advantage Sports does in-house, they provide access to a network of physiotherapists, chiropractors, sports psychologists, school tutors, SAT tutors, college admission advisors, registered massage therapists, sport-specific coaches, strength and conditioning coaches, counselors, and therapists. Except for the counselors and therapists, these specialists within the network will have the opportunity to share information through your Advantage Sports consultant who will act as a case manager and assure your athlete is getting the level of time and attention they deserve. They have all been rigorously vetted and often have decades of experience to their names.
